Employee details can be uploaded by:

a) Bulk Import.

b) Add individual Employee.

  • Bulk Import can be used if you have all records in a relevant format and is very straightforward. Please contact us if you would like any help with this bulk import process. 
  • For adding employees individually,  

- On the left panel, go to HR Hub -->My Employees

- Click on " Add New Employee".

  • Enter Full Name of the employee as on your official records. 
  • Enter either email ID or mobile number of the employee to sent an invite
  • Choose from the 3 available options for inviting/not inviting the employee. If, as an Admin, you prefer to on-board the employees, then select Do not send any invitation.
  • Create the employee.
