View the Images or Documents shared in Chat

Images and documents shared with an employee can be viewed inside the Chat. There is a folder inside the chat app on the top right corner where all the images and documents related to the employee get stored.

Click on the "Chat" icon on the bottom right of the screen.

Select the employee either from the list or click on "+" to search by typing the name, email address or designation of the employee.

Click on options, go to “Files” and go to folders Images and Documents to search for relevant files.
